How to Claim Your AHA eCard

Your New American Heart Association eCard is acquired through eMail.

Please note your eCard is not valid until after you have claimed it
1) Check your inbox for an email from: ahainstructornetwork@heart.org
Subject of the email “Claim your AHA eCard American Heart Instructor Network”
Please note the email may be in your SPAM or Junk folder
2) Open the email and click on the provided link “Click here to view your online eCard”
You will then be directed to the AHA eCard Student Landing and you will create your own security question and answer.
3) Click the circle next to “I Agree to the Terms of Use” and Click “Submit”
You will then be directed to the AHA eCard Student Survey Details
4) On this page you will complete the course survey and click “Submit”
You will then have access to a Wallet and Certificate size PDF of your card. Download and save to your hard drive and/or print you copies.

Note: The eCards can be carried in your wallet and they are accessible 24/7 online at www.heart.org/cpr/mycards, stored on your smartphone for 24/7 access.

eCards have a QR Code so they can be validated at anytime or at www.heart.org/cpr/mycards
