PALS Blended AHA PALS course is to improve the quality of care provided to seriously ill or injured children, resulting in improved outcomes. You will learn how to recognize and intervene in cases of respiratory distress and failure, circulatory shocks, and pediatric arrhythmias. The class consists of lecture, videos, skills practice, and a written test. The PALS certification card is valid for two years and must be renewed before the end of the expiration month. This class is recommended for nursing students, healthcare providers involved in the care of children and infants, and healthcare providers working in a GI lab
PALS training and certification skills could vastly improve the outcomes of cardiac emergencies in a health care setting. When seconds count, there may be no second chances. When a infant cardiopulmonary arrest strikes a patient, their brain and muscles can be deprived of life supporting blood and oxygen. Quick response and critical thinking in a Pedantic Cardiac emergency is crucial to improving the outcome of the event. With PALS certification, you could make the difference.
